Iโm Sofia, I design SaaS experiences end-to-end, balancing user needs, business goals, and engineering constraints.
Let's get to know each other!

Shall we start with the first question?

Tangiblee helps e-commerce retailers add AR try-on directly to their product pages. The product works โ but getting shoppers through the customization step to the AR moment was the real design problem. The existing flow was built for single items; multi-piece jewelry purchases exposed every gap. I redesigned the customization journey: clearer progression, fewer dead ends, better discoverabilty.
- Rebuilt the product customization flow for multi-item purchases โ reduced drop-off and surfaced upsell opportunities at natural decision points.
- Improved the core AR try-on flow through iterative testing โ increased completion and cut failure rates at key steps.
- Owned the interactive charm configurator end-to-end: from concept through multiple iterations, usability testing, and retailer feedback to launch.
- Migrated the full design workflow from Adobe to Figma โ built a consistent design system with scalable components and templates that unblocked AI-assisted concept exploration.

Mobilo sells digital business cards โ physical NFC cards linked to a live profile. The product had two distinct user groups: enterprises managing hundreds of cards for their teams, and individuals handling their own. Both used the same platform, built when enterprise clients were still rare. By the time I joined, the admin platform was straining. Operations that should have taken minutes were landing in customer support instead, and the web and mobile experience hadn't kept pace with how people were actually using the product.
- Rebuilt the admin platform to scale for enterprise teams โ adapted the experience for high-volume workflows and enabled self-serve for recurring operations, cutting reliance on customer support during onboarding and training.
- Owned the end-to-end redesign of the core web dashboard and mobile app โ rebuilt information architecture, key UX flows, and UI to improve usability and efficiency across B2B and B2C use cases.
- Expanded mobile adoption by bringing previously desktop-only capabilities to the app โ reduced everyday friction and enabled key actions on the go.
- Redesigned the end-user digital business card experience โ improved clarity, visual hierarchy, and aesthetic appeal.
- Built a new UI kit and design system from scratch โ standardized UI across the product with reusable Figma components, speeding up design and developer handoff.

Placemate was a coworking booking platform built for three audiences โ members, managers, and owners โ each with different goals and a different idea of what the product was for.
I came in at concept stage, no existing product. Before anything visual, the structure had to work: how the same system serves three user types without each pulling it somewhere different.
- Built the web and mobile MVP from concept to launch โ defined information architecture and core flows for three user groups: members, managers, and owners.
- Created the brand language and UI kit from scratch, establishing visual consistency across the product from day one.
- Led discovery through coworking operator interviews and UX research โ validated pain points and grounded product decisions in real operator behaviour.
- Managed a junior designer throughout the project, running parallel research tracks to cover more ground without slowing the main design work.

Sosivio helps DevOps engineers and SREs predict Kubernetes failures before they cascade. The users were already operating under high cognitive load โ the product was adding to it rather than reducing it.
I redesigned the troubleshooting flows and the data-heavy dashboards they depended on, making it faster to find the problem and understand what to do next.
- Redesigned core troubleshooting flows and interactions across data-heavy tables and dashboards โ made navigation faster and reduced friction for engineering teams working under pressure.
